Request for Transcript

Both current and former students can order official transcripts via our online ordering system. After you submit this form, you will receive payment instructions by email at the address you list below. Payment of the standard $10.00 fee per copy must be made prior to processing any transcript request.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

Transcripts will not be issued for students who have an outstanding balance or unfulfilled obligation to the university.

Official Transcripts  can be sent to an individual or Institution. If you want multiple transcripts, please fill out multiple request forms.
