I have had a very positive and enjoyable learning journey with Acacia University (AU). Learning with Acacia is a personal journey. From the very beginning, I have felt that I am seen by faculty as a unique and individual learner with specific learning needs. The doctoral program at AU is rigorous and challenging. Content is relevant to international candidates but leans toward an American context. Despite this, the course is designed in such a way to accommodate the needs of a diverse and international cohort. Every professor I have worked with so far has been acutely knowledgeable, supportive, and very empathetic towards my growth. The course is designed in a way that allows learners to be independent in their research, whilst scaffolding their progress through purposeful intervention and access to multiple learning resources. My residencies and internships have been instrumental in my practice and have enabled me to improve the processes I employ in leading schools. AU has been a significant element of my professional growth, allowing me to upskill and gain greater opportunities in the field of school leadership.
